4.1 Before Operating
Washer
1.
Verify building electrical supply disconnect switch (circuit
breaker) is positioned to
ON
. Verify steam and water supply
valves are open.
2.
Ensure
EMERGENCY STOP
pushbuttons are pulled.
3.
Open chamber door and verify wash chamber is empty and all
material has been removed.
4.
Ensure sump filters in bottom of sump are clean and properly
installed.
5.
Open printer door and verify sufficient amount of printer paper is
available.
6.
The first time you start your washer, place Power switch to
ON
position. Display shows:

NOTE: If nothing is displayed when Power switch is set to
POWER, reinitialize washer using LOCK/UNLOCK/INIT switch
(see S
, or Section
7, Troubleshooting).

IMPORTANT:
When operating your unit for the first time, an
alarm message showing: "Detergent Name" INJ NOT REACHED;
pH CAN’T BE NEUTRALIZED or DESCALER PUMP IS

dry. Promptly clean up any

drippage are detergents or
other chemicals, follow
safety precautions and han-

Sheet (MSDS).

chemicals are caustic and
can cause adverse effects to
exposed tissues. Do not get
in eyes, on skin or attempt to
swallow. Read and follow
precautions and instructions
on chemical label and in
Material Safety Data Sheet
(MSDS) prior to handling
chemical, refilling chemical
container or servicing chemi-
cal injection pump or lines.
Wear appropriate Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE)
whenever handling chemical
or servicing chemical injec-
tion pump and lines.
WARNING – BURN HAZARD:
Pipes may be extremely hot.
