b) Cleaning the spray nozzle
If the spray nozzle (11) becomes blocked, clean it immediately to prevent the water pressure from becoming too high:
Remove the spray gun (10) from the hose (6).
Pierce the nozzle with a suitable tool or object. For best results, use wood or plastic tools to
avoid damaging the nozzle.
If necessary, use compressed air to remove the blockage.
Rinse all components under water until all blockages and dirt have been removed.
c)
Cleaning the water filter
•
Regularly check the water filter (16) before adding water to the tank.
•
If the water filter is dirty, clean it carefully.
12. Maintenance
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before carrying out any maintenance work (apart from
applying antifreeze agent).
This appliance does not require any additional lubrication. However, it is a good idea to apply a small amount of silicon
paste to seals and O-rings if it becomes difficult to attach the hose.
Do not twist or step on the hose.
If the hose is damaged, replace it immediately to prevent accidents and other damage.
a) Replacing the fuse
Open the fuse holder in the top of the cigarette lighter plug (8) on the end of the power supply
cable.
Remove the defective fuse and replace it with a new fuse of the same type. Refer to the
specifications in the "Technical data" section.
Do not attempt to repair damaged fuses or wrap the fuse in aluminium foil or copper cables.
b) Storage
Store the appliance in a frost-free indoor environment out of the reach of children.
• Turn off the appliance using the on/off switch. Remove all remaining water from the appliance and its components.
Start by removing the spray gun (10) and the attachments (11, 20, 21), and then empty the tank. Leave the motor
running for no longer than 30 seconds to drain any remaining water from the inside the appliance.
• Remove the hose and allow any remaining water to drain away.
• Store all components (such as the hose, spray gun and power cable) in the storage pouch (5).
