Tips and advice
Times given in recipes may be adjusted depending on the size of portions and use of
cookware made of various materials and thicknesses (glass, aluminum, steel, etc.).
When preparing delicate dishes or when using cultivators, avoid opening the glass
oven door to prevent drops in internal temperature.
To save energy during long cooking cycles, turn the oven off several minutes sooner
than indicated in the recipe and do not open the oven door to retain heat. The oven's
insulation will ensure excellent cooking/baking results.
