Switching the LED Lighting On/Off
The appliance is equipped with 2 LED lighting strips in the top section of glass
panes.
1. If needed, press button shortly to switch the LED lighting on.
2. Press the button again, to switch the LED lighting off.
Switching the Appliance Off
1. If the appliance is not to be used any more or is scheduled for cleaning, it should
be switched off with the ON/OFF switch.
2. Disconnect the appliance from the mains socket (pull the plug out).
6 Cleaning and Maintenance
6.1 Safety Instructions for Cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
• Leave the appliance to cool down completely.
• Make sure water does not enter the appliance. Do not immerse the appliance in
water or other liquids during cleaning. Do not clean the appliance with a
pressurized water jet.
• Do not use any sharp or pointed, nor metal implements (knife, fork, etc.). Sharp
or pointed implements may damage the appliance, and when in contact with live
parts, they may cause electric shock.
• For cleaning, do not use any scouring agents that contain solvents nor corrosive
cleaning agents. They may damage the surface.
6.2 Cleaning
1. At the end of a working day, clean the appliance thoroughly.
2. Remove all objects from the appliance.
3. In order to facilitate cleaning, remove the glass pane sliding doors by lifting and
pulling them out.
4. If necessary, remove shelves.
5. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass pane sliding doors and shelves. Use a
mild cleaning agent if required.
6. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the inside and the outside of side glass panes, as
well as front glass pane.
