Operation

Tips for the User
• Shelves may be positioned at various heights. Arrange them adequately to the
size of beverage and food product containers, so that the inner space of the
appliance is used optimally.
• Beverages and food products in suitable containers should be arranged on the
shelves so that proper distances between them allow for sufficient air circulation
inside the appliance. Insufficient distances hinder the cooling effect.
• Do not place warm food dishes in the appliance; cool them down to ambient
temperature first.
• To limit loss of cold air minimize the opening time of door during operation.
• If possible, in the event of a sudden power failure, avoid opening the doors of
the appliance in order to avoid loss of cool air.
Preparation of Appliance
1. Prior to the first use clean the appliance and its components thoroughly
according to the instructions included in section 6
'Cleaning'
.
2. To end with, dry the appliance and accessories thoroughly.
3. At a required height, place supports on guide rails and insert shelves.
4. Close the glass pane sliding doors at server's side.
5. Plug the appliance into a suitable single socket.
Appliance Start-up
1. Switch the appliance on with the ON/OFF switch located at user's side.
The green indicator light integrated with the ON/OFF switch will come on.
The appliance will be cooled down to the factory pre-set temperature.
The digital display shows current temperature inside the appliance. The LCD
cooling indicator
will come on, and it will be lit throughout the entire cooling
process.
2. Beverages and food products should be placed in the appliance only when it
reaches the required temperature.
3. If needed, the temperature may be altered with digital temperature control
regulator buttons. Observe indications set forth in section 'Settings'.
