During heating-up the orange heating-up indicator light is on.
As soon as the set temperature is reached, the indicator light goes off. If the
temperature in the appliance drops and radiator heater is switched on again by the
energy controller, the heating-up indicator light lights up again. This process is
repeated until the energy controller is rotated to
'0' (OFF) position.
6. To switch the appliance on, rotate the timer controller clockwise and set the
required time.
NOTE!
The appliance may be switched on only when time is selected in the range
of 1
–15 minutes.
After introduction of the time setting, the preparation process begins.
As soon as the set time elapses, the appliance switches off automatically.
7. Remove the ready food in containers, using dish-washing cloths or doilies and
serve.
8. Remove the cooking grill from the appliance using the handles.
ATTENTION!
The cooking grill heats up considerably during cooking.
Always place a hot cooking grill on a pad resistant to high temperatures.
9. Empty the crumb drawer regularly. After each use, clean the crumb drawer
according to indications in section 'Cleaning' and dry it thoroughly before you
place it anew in the appliance.
10. If the appliance is not used, rotate the timer controller and energy controller to
'0' (OFF) position.
11. Disconnect the appliance from the mains socket (pull the plug out).
6 Cleaning
6.1 Safety Instructions for Cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
• Leave the appliance to cool down completely.
• Make sure water does not enter the appliance. Do not immerse the appliance in
water or other liquids during cleaning. Do not clean the appliance with a
pressurized water jet.
