Base station does not work 

Possible cause 

Power supply not connected correctly. 

Possible solution 

Check whether the connecting cable (1.) is correctly connected to 
the base station. Insert the cable firmly and the cover (2.) will close 
slightly. 

 

 

Check if power supply (type G7-A0Z0-0019) is connected correctly. 
RS232:  
The  power  supply  (1)  must  be  connected  to  the  socket  of  the 
RS232 cable. 

 

USB:  
The power supply (1) must be connected to the Y-connector of the 
USB cable.
