Intended use
Exclusive purpose
The Ex p control unit type 07-37A2-2211/*730 serves exclusively as a controlling
and monitoring device for pressurised enclosures and is intended for use in
explosion group II, category 2GD and temperature class T4 or for use in dusty
environments with surface temperatures of T130 °C.
The Ex p control unit type 07-37A2-3211/*730 serves exclusively as a controlling
and monitoring device for pressurised enclosures and is intended for use in
explosion group II, category 2G and temperature class T4.
Furthermore, the safety function of the Ex p control unit satisfies the
requirements on SIL 2 according to IEC 61508 and performance level “d”
according to EN ISO 13849-1.
The permissible operating data of the device used must be observed.
Improper use
Any other use is not in accordance with the intended purpose and may lead to
damage and accidents. The manufacturer will not be liable for any use beyond
that of its intended purpose.
