Adjustment of Mower Stoppers of Mower Units #4
and #5
Important
The installation positions of the mower
stoppers of mower units #4 and #5 differ
depending on the mower unit model.
The mower stopper is installed to prevent the
mower unit from interfering with the frame.
Install in the appropriate position.
The mower stopper installation position for
each mower unit model is shown below.

On a level surface, lower all mower units.
Depress the locking pedal while firmly
depressing the brake pedal to lock it.
Stop the engine.
Follow the steps below to adjust the
position of the mower stopper.
Remove the cotter pins and washers.
Install the roller shaft and rubber roller in
the appropriate position.
Install the cotter pins and washers.

Change of Coolant
Caution
Do not touch the radiator or coolant during
engine operation or immediately after the
engine has been turned off.
Otherwise, you may get burned.
Caution
Change coolant after the engine has well
cooled down.
Caution
The radiator cap is pressurized.
If you remove the radiator cap while the
engine is overheated, hot steam will burst out,
possibly resulting in burns.
Make sure that the water temperature and
pressure are reduced, and then grab the cap
with a thick cloth and gradually open the cap.
Important
When changing the coolant, be sure to drain it
into a container and discard it in accordance
with local laws and regulations.
