Installation of Caliper

Caution

See "Tightening torques" (Page 3-5) .
Note that the Baroness product warranty may
not apply to defects caused by incorrect or
overtorque tightening etc.

Important

Make sure that the stainless ball is located at
concave of the inside and outside cams.

Important

The thrust bearing must be installed in
predetermined direction.
Make sure that the side with resin coating is
facing the side of the flat washer.

For installation, reverse the removing
procedure.

Removal of Front Wheel Mounting Base

Remove the front wheel. (See "Removal of
Front Wheel" (Page 7-18) .)
Remove the caliper. (See "Removal of
Caliper" (Page 7-20) .)
Remove the cotter pin.
