Setting the standby pressure ensures there is enough
pilot oil to shift the control valve(s). Setting the system
pressure ensures lifting capacities can be reached and
maintained. 425 PSI is the factory recommended standby
pressure value.
4000 PSI
is the factory maximum system
pressure value.
1 Implement Pump Pressure Setting Procedure (refer to Fig-1):

Adjust standby pressure to 425 PSI (29.3
bar).
Tighten set screw on the LS Adjustment.
Note: Verify the Standby Pressure does
not change after you have tightened the
set screw.
Start machine.
Turn on control power.
Loosen set screw on the LS Adjustment.
Install pressure transducer or 5000 PSI gauge
on M2 port of the implement pump.
Run engine at quarter throttle (1175 RPM) .
Remove pressure transducer.
Loosen set screw on the PC Adjustment.
Tighten set screw on the PC Adjustment.
Note: Verify the System Pressure does
not change after you have tightened the
set screw.
Return engine to an idle.
Turn machine off.
Release tilt function.
Bottom out tilt function and hold.
Adjust system pressure to 4000 PSI (275.8
bar).
