Replacing the mechanical overtemperature protection

Removal:

►

Remove the heater insert (see Chapter 7.2).

►

Remove the cover plate (see Chapter 7.2).

►

Loosen the four heater unit screws
and pull the heater unit out towards
the front.

Loosen the screw which fixes the
overtemperature protection to the
heater unit.

►

Remove the mechanical overtemperature protection from the heater unit.

►

Pull both connecting cables off the overtemperature protection.

►

Unscrew the cylindrical metal adapter from the overtemperature protection.

Refitting the overtemperature protection:

Refitting the overtemperature protection takes place in reverse order to removal:

►

Screw the cylindrical metal adapter to the overtemperature protection.
