The adjustment procedure is similar for all the modes. The only thing to keep in mind is the order in which the points will be adjusted
i.e. always start with the lowest level points and end with the highest level zones (see
Geometry distortions/level hierarchy
) .
A
3x3
mode adjustment gives the following new points to be adjusted ( the 4 points of the 2x2 mode being already adjusted : they
are therefore left out of the grid). Note that in this mode, 2 levels are involved, the
level 2
and the
level 3
.
