2.3 Safety requirements for the NX fi xed display
Securing a NX fi xed trussed display
Every NX high precision frame has 4 tapped holes which can be used to secure the NX fi xed tile to a wall.

:
Each NX fi xed display, consisting of less then 5 x 5 NX fi xed tiles needs to be secured at each
corner tile of the display where he doesn’t make contact with the truss beam or the fl oor installation.

NX fi xed displays, consisting of more then 5 x 5 tiles need to be secured every 5 tiles in a hori-
zontal and vertical direction. They also need to be secured at each corner tile of the display where they don’t
make contact with the truss beam /
fl oor installation or on every outside of each fi fth horizontal row. See
examples given below.

:
A NX fi xed display is limited to a height of 50 NX fi xed tiles and the display surface has to obtain
a fl atness within a tolerance zone of 1 degree with a surface perpendicular to the reference surface (ceiling or
fl oor).
Barco suggests to use an adjustable system as illustrated below.
