Adjust the focus

You can adjust the focus using the

Lens menu.

 

To move the focus point closer:

NOTE:                                                                             

The focus changes each time you click on the inner 
buttons ( / ). (Fine control)
The outer buttons ( / ) change the focus when they 
are depressed. (Coarse control)

A gray image will be displayed for a few minutes 
during the ending process. When the process ends 
the projector switches to the cool down mode, and 
the [STANDBY/ON] indicator appears blinking in 
red.

After exiting the cool down mode, the projector 
switches automatically to the standby mode, and 
the [STANDBY/ON] indicator lights up in red.

You can also turn off the power by pressing the 
[OPERATE I/

B

button on the projector unit for 

more than one second.

Turn the main power at the rear of the 

projector unit to off [O]

The [STANDBY/ON] indicator on the projector unit 
goes off.

CAUTION:                                                                      

Do not turn off the main power supply switch when in 
the cool down mode. Doing so may shorten the lamp 
life and cause a malfunction.

Upon using, attach the lens cap to prevent soiling of 
the lens.

When the projector is not to be used for a long time, 
disconnect the power plug.

Useful Features During Projection

Hiding the projected image temporarily

The projected image can be hidden by clicking the

When the image is hidden, the [STANDBY/ON] 
indicator appears blinking in green.

Cool down mode

The cool down mode is a function that cools down the 
lamp for an interval of about 180 seconds after 
projection ends (ending process).
This function is to prevent deformation and damage of 
the internal components of the projector due to heat 
from the overheated lamp. It also prevents lamp 
breakage and shortened lamp life.

When the projector is in the cool down mode, the 
[STANDBY/ON] indicator appears blinking in red.

Do not shut down the main power supply or unplug 
the power cord when in the cool down mode. Also, 
do not block the air inlets and vent holes. Doing so 
may shorten the lamp life and cause a malfunction.
