16.11 Laser identi fi cation
About
The Laser identi fi cation menu gives an overview of the most important parameters of the used Laser.
These parameters are:
•
Serial number of the laser
• Article number of the laser
• Run time since fi rst start up of the laser
• Remaining run time for a safe operation of the laser
• Number of strikes since the fi rst start up of the laser
• Software version
These parameters are useful in case of a service request.
How to display
1. Press Menu on the remote control (RCU) or on the local keypad to activate the menus and select Laser → Identi fi cation .

16.12 XY-axis adjustment
What can be done?
The XY-Axis menu item gives the current light output of the projector (in percentage). This light output indication can be used to
readjust the laser position in the laser casing (also called XY-axis adjustment of the laser). With higher run times, the light output
of the laser will decrease, which results in a lower light output on the screen. This light output decrease can be compensated by
readjusting the position of the laser. This realignment has to be done by a quali
fi ed service technician.
How to display the light output
1. Press Menu to activate the menus and select Laser → XY-axis .
