2. Fill in an appropriate User name (reference 3).
3. Fill in a strong new password (reference 4) and repeat the password in the Confirm password field
(reference 5) to ensure there were no errors made the first time around.
Tip: Use 8 or more characters.
4. Click on the User group field (reference 6) to display the list of available user groups (reference 7), and
select the desired user group.
5. If necessary add additional user limits (menu access restriction). See “ Menu access control editor ” , page
262.
6. When all parameters are correctly filled in, click the Save icon (reference 8) to save this new user.

How to edit user settings
1. While in Configuration > System access > Manage users , find and click on the desired user.
The user is displayed in its expanded form with menu.
