25. Peltier replacement

25.3 Remove a Peltier element on the heat pipe cooling block

First remove the light processor side cover and take out the light processor unit, see "Removal of the light
processor", page 103.

Necessary tools

How to remove

1. Remove the 3 indicated screws on the FIB and take off the cover plate.
