1.6 Proper usage of the LED wall
Proper usage of T-series tiles
• No part of the T-series tile may come in contact with any type of abrasive.
• No part of the T-series tile may come in contact with any type of corrosive substance.
• T-series tiles are to be used in environments meeting the operating speci fi cations.
• T-series tiles are not to be exposed to extreme localized heat or cold exceeding the temperature speci fi cations.
• T-series tiles are not to be exposed to any element or situation that will cause any part of the display to heat beyond what occurs
during normal operation. Such situations include but are not limited to lasers, ultrasonic vibration, or any type of substance that
prevents proper ventilation and heat radiation of the T-series tiles.
• Power connected to the T-series tiles must meet the speci fi cations outlined in the installation manual.
• No force can be applied to the LED’s. Any LED’s damaged due to mechanical stress are not covered by the warranty.
• Safety and functional features of the display cannot be defeated.
• It is not allowed to climb or hang any additional equipment on the back of a T-series wall. Nothing is to be allowed to hang from
the cables of a T-series tile.
• Any failures must be immediately and appropriately dealt with (equipment returned to Barco?). Failing equipment cannot be
left to run in a wall.
• Only Barco cables speci fi ed to be used with the T-series display are to be used to connect components in a T-series wall.
Further, care must be taken to connect signal only according to the installation manual.
• T-series tiles are not to be connected to any non-Barco equipment.
• T-series tiles may be cleaned only in accordance to the procedures de fi ned in the installation manual.
• The T-series tile is equipped with two high density air fi lters. These fi lters must be replaced on a regular basis, depending on
the environment conditions of the tile. It is recommended to replace the fi lters every 6 months.
