REGULAR MAINTENANCE

Emptying the ashtray

Regularly check how much ash is in the

ashtray.

Make sure the ashtray is never more

than ¾ full. If the ashtray is more than

¾ full, it can obstruct the flow of air to

the fire

Wait 24 hours after stoking before

emptying the ashtray

Cleaning the glass

As required

Door and ashtray seals

Check annually before heating is

resumed. Replace as necessary

Sweep and inspect chimney
