5.2.9

Install the flue gas restriction plate

Safety conditions

Caution:
Install the correct restriction plate as specified in the preparation manual. An

incorrect restriction plate can cause damage to the appliance.

Procedure

1. Remove the glass panes. See chapter

6.2.1

for instructions .

2. Remove the baffle plate ( C), by unscrewing two screws.
3. Install the restriction plate (A) with the fasteners (B) in the appliance. Use the

restriction plate specified in the preparation manual.

4. Install the baffle plate ( C) again with the two screws.

5.2.10

Install the mantel iron (option)

The appliance equipped with the 10 cm decorative frame has a mantel iron attached on

the top of the 10 cm frame

. The mantel iron supports brickwork or plates above the

appliance.
Make sure the brickwork or plating does not rest on the appliance directly.
1. Remove the 2 protective plates labeled "REMOVE".

An appliance with a 4 cm decorative frame does not need a mantel iron.
