Service Reports
If a hardware or software
error is experienced it is
possible to create a service
report using this four step
easy- to-use report tool.
Follow the instructions:
1 If possible reproduce the
problem experienced else go
to next step.
2 Press the
Download service report
button.
3 Copy the entire text in the
text-box in the step 3
instruction and copy into an
e-mail. Fill in the individual
lines re. product and set-up
information. Also
observations about the
experienced problem may be
added.
Copy the downloaded service
report from step 2 into the
e-mail as an attached file.
4 When the e-mail is
completed, send it to the
e-mail-address stated in the
step 4
