4.18.2.8.13 Advanced applications
The following registers are used for advanced diagnostics, for reading back the current configuration and for creat-
ing a configuration from the application. The registers that have already been written and their respective contents
are, of course, valid.
4.18.2.8.13.1 Status of the individual slaves
