Configuration Using Barcodes

Codabar Quiet Zones

Specifies the number of quiet zones for Codabar labels. Quiet zones are blank areas at the ends
of a barcode and are typically 10 times the width of the narrowest bar or space in the label.

Codabar Length Control

This feature specifies either variable length decoding or fixed length decoding for the Codabar
symbology.

Variable Length:

For variable length decoding, a minimum and maximum length may be set.

Fixed Length:

For fixed length decoding, two different lengths may be set.

Codabar Quiet Zones =

Quiet Zones on two sides

Codabar Quiet Zones =

Small Quiet Zones on two sides

Codabar Length Control = Variable Length

Codabar Length Control = Fixed Length
