The green stability LED serves to indicate the level of the
received input signal (see fig.3) and to make alignment of
the photoelectric sensors easier.

The red LED shows the output state: he goes on when
the output is ON and goes off when the output is OFF.

Please note the following:
– When installing the photoelectric switches adjacently,

keep them apart from each other, or install a light
barrier to prevent light interference. Pay attention to
reflected light from the flor or wall.

– Make sure that fluorescent light does not

enter into the receiver of the photoelectric
switch. Fluorescent lamps may effect the
photoelectric switch operation depending on
its location.

– Do not strike the photoelectric switches

when installing, otherwise the waterproof
characteristics will be impaired.

The green stability display illuminates in the "safe" range,
where the input energy is at least 30% over or under the
threshold energy (see fig. 3). The threshold energy at
which a signal change is effected, is defined as 100%.
The light/dark switching mode can be selected by using
different cable combinations (see fig. 5).

 Safety advice

These Photoelectric Sensors are not suited for safety
related applications.
