4.8.4 Laser light minimum/maximum
[AFE Statistic Signal Low/High]
Specifies the minimum/maximum value of the intensity of
the laser light measured at the last signal normalization.
The maximum laser light value after signal normalization is
usually approx. ≤ 3200. The maximum value for ambient
light should be clearly below the minimum laser light value.
4.8.5 Sampling period
[AFE Statistic Periode]
Indicates the sampling period of the instrument in steps of
0.1 ms.
This value is automatically determined during signal nor-
malization and remains stored until a new signal normaliza-
tion or until the sensor is reset to factory settings.
Typical values for the sampling period are in the
range below 1 to 5 ms. A higher value indicates
poor operating conditions, e.g. poor alignment
of emitter and receiver or soiling of the optical
windows.
4.8.6 Operating hours counter
[Uptime Operating Hours of Device]
Indicates the time in hours that the device is in operation.
4.8.7 Time since last maintenance
[Uptime Operating Hours Maintenance]
Indicates the time since last reset of the maintenance
timer. This function can be used to schedule regular main-
tenance. The value is not changed with the function "Res-
tore factory default settings".
4.8.8 Operating hours since switching on
[Uptime Time in Hours since Power up]
Indicates the operating hours since the device was last
restarted.
4.8.9 Number of starts
[Uptime Power Up Count]
Specifies the number of starts of the device.
