Hydraulic connections
(for conveyor belt models only)
Before connecting the hydraulic couplings (quick couplings) to the combined machine's spool
valves, make sure that the tractor-side circuit is not under pressure by operating the spool valve
levers in both directions, with the engine switched off.
Check every time the machine is used that there are no cuts or abrasions on the hydraulic hoses
and if necessary, replace them with others supplied by the Manufacturer.
When a leak is located, stop the tractor engine, remove pressure from the hydraulic circuit,
disconnect the hydraulic hoses using protective gloves (be sure to arrange a container of
adequate capacity for recovering the hydraulic oil) and replace them with others supplied by the
Manufacturer.
Used oil must not be dispersed in the environment, as it is classified as special waste according
to the laws in force, and as such must be taken to the appropriate collection centres.
Liquids under pressure, especially oil of a hydraulic circuit, can cause serious injuries and
infections. In case of injury, consult a doctor.
Before any intervention on the hydraulic system, stop the engine and remove pressure from the
circuit.
Hydraulic coupling support
Make sure that the hydraulic hoses are correctly engaged, following the
colour recognition code. Remember: their inversion causes movements
opposite to those commanded.
ATTENTION!
Relieve the pressure from the hydraulic system of the tractor and the machine
before the coupling is carried out.
WARNING!
When hydraulic hoses are disconnected from the tractor, they must ALWAYS be
fastened to the supports provided for this purpose.
