“OFF” position

The fuel valve set to OFF;  
fuel cannot flow.  Use this 
position when the engine 
is not running.

“ON” position

The fuel valve set to 
ON; fuel can flow to 
the engine.  The normal 
operating position

“RES” position

The fuel valve set to 
RES; fuel can flow to the 
engine from the reserve 
supply.  Use this position 
if the vehicle runs out 
of fuel.  Once in this 
position, it is critical to 
refill the tank.

SHIFT PEDAL

   

The Shift Pedal is located on the left side of  
the ATV and used to change gears.  See the  
shifting diagram above for the gear layout.

FUEL VALVE

   

This valve is located beneath the fuel tank, and has three positions.
