Front and Rear Wheels

7. Attach rear wheels with 17mm nut

and torque to 33 ft.lbs.

6. Attach front wheels with 17mm nut

and torque to 33 ft.lbs.

8. Place lower handlebar clamp under handlebar.

Attach upper handlebar and ignition panel

bracket. Torque 8 mm bolts to 17 ft.lbs.

9. Attach ignition panel to

bracket with rubber

grommet and 6 mm
