GET CONFIGURATION
This function key allows the user to view and save the configuration of a
connected field device. Get configuration requires that the STT03E terminal
be connected to a device. It also allows the user to review the configuration
of a device.
This procedure is similar for all device types. It is intended as a general
guide for this function. Variances occur based on device type.

The option to save the configuration in the
STT03E
ter-
minal internal memory is presented. When the configura-
tion is stored, exit the function by pressing

NOTE:
A maximum of 70 configurations can be stored in
the
STT03E
terminal.
Displays the 14 character ID tag of the connected device.
If
ANALOG
mode, the
CHANNEL
field is not shown. The
TYPE
field displays the device type.
Indicator points to the configured output type.
Configured output action is displayed.
Damping value is displayed to the nearest hundredth of a
second.
