Maintain 11-

7/8” (300mm) distance between the fence and the sliding table. Use a 14” x

0.125” x 100T (355mm/3.2t/100T) blade at 5000 rpm speed and wood board 40” x 40” x 3/4"
(1016 x 1016 x 19mm) for trial cut.

Make 5 cuts on the board in the sequentially shown in Fig. 1, cutting from NO.1 ~ 5.

Measure diagonally to check the board for square's error of the wood board to precede

adjustment Fig. 2 parts, lock the nut Fig. 3 after adjustment.

The two knobs in the Fig. 4 are to fasten the scale on the crosscut fence.
