DRIVE BELT

Shown below is the pump belt tensioner. Using a 3/4" wrench, tightening the two jam nuts will increase the belt

tension.

The tension should be adjusted so that there is between 60 to 65 lbs. of tension on the belt. This can be

checked with a belt tension gauge (Part Number 041-9999-00) as shown to the right.
