Network settings
eibPort and DUO DMX Gateway must not be in the same network area for communication. The control
can (with appropriate firewall - configuration) also take place over the internet.

EIBPORT JOB „LINKING FACILITIES“
If the messages should be transferred over the BMX protocol to the Duo DMX Gateway the "
linking
facilities
" job is used. This job is also described in the documentation of eibPort. Important
communication parameters are

Enter the IP address of the DMX Duo Gateway. If the communication is done via the internet here a
DynDNS address entered.
connection Type
It is used for the direct connection via LAN ("direct (LAN)")
