Model SLX 110/120 - Smart displacement type level transmitter 2-75

Operation procedure

Zero adjustment to adjust to real level (pinpoint adjustment)

• Example of use: To adjust output to reading of liquid level of glass gauge
•

Adjustment range: -1.25% (output 3.8 mA) to +105% (20.8 mA)

• Even in the case of engineering unit value (real scale), the digital display in

“pinpoint adjustment” is a PV value display.

Step

Procedure

LCD screen

Hold the switch counterclockwise (-) for

approximately 3 sec.

When “ZERO DOWN

” appears, on the display

turn switch OFF. This means that the “Zero

adjustment mode to adjust to real level” has been

activated.

ZERO DOWN

As the switch is held counterclockwise (-) the

readout decreases by increments of 0.1%.

When the desired readout appears, turn the switch

OFF.

The normal condition is restored after

approximately 10 sec.

As the switch is held clockwise (+), the readout

increases by increments of 0.1%.

When the desired readout appears, turn the switch

OFF.

The normal condition is restored after

approximately 10 sec.
