Flow rate display

standard flow rate unit.
1: Flow rate is displayed in
[L/min] at all times.
-1: Flow rate is displayed in
[mL/min] at all times.
0 0: When the flow rate range or
gas type is changed, the unit is
automatically changed to the
display unit so that the range after
change becomes the maximum
resolution.
1: A value less than 0.001[L/min] is
not displayed
