This is a one day course for anyone who wants to
learn the art of pen making and producing objet
d’art from project kits. If you are thinking of buying a small
lathe or have a lathe, this is the course for you. Gaining a real insight into what can
be achieved, after one day you will be able to leave with the completed,
professionally finished masterpieces and a multitude of ideas and skills.

Align the Threaded End Cap

with the upper end of the body, and press together,
continue pressing until the body is tight against the ring of the End Cap
(See Fig 5)

Locate the Roller Ball Refill

; insert it into the lower end of the pen, fit the Pen Tip

over the end of the refill and pressing against the internal spring pressure screw
the Pen Tip

into the lower end of the pen

Introduce the Double Threaded Insert

through the Lower End Ring

, ensure
that it is the correct way around; (the flat surface of the ring is away from the
threaded end of the insert). Carefully align the lower end of the body (13mm
diameter) with the insert and press the insert into the body. Continue pressing until
the flange of the Lower End Ring is held against the shoulder of the insert
(See Fig 5)

The Pen Top

is screwed over the Pen Tip for transporting, et al, or housed on the
threaded end cap during use
