IntelliTrack model
was not built
successfully
The
IntelliTrack Model
Charge %
sensor output is
“
100.00
” and the
IntelliTrack
Model Active
sensor output
is “
0
”. The system continues
to perform step track cycles.
Check that the system is pointed at the
intended target.
Check that the system Latitude, Longitude,
Heading, Time, and Date are correct.
The IntelliTrack module will continue to
gather step track data until it can build a
successful model. Check the
IntelliTrack
Model Active
sensor output again after
several hours.
System moves off
target while tracking
after it has built a
complete IntelliTrack
model
The
IntelliTrack State
sensor
output shows “
Maximum
Number Of Allowable
StepTrack Failures
Exceeded
” and the
Current
Signal Level
is below
expected levels.
Check that the current signal source is
configured correctly for the target
(attenuation, frequency, etc.).
Check that the desired signal device, feed,
and all cables are connected and
operational.
Check that the
IntelliTrack Reflector Size
is
configured correctly.
Check that all IntelliTrack StepTrack signal
configuration items are correct for the
current signal device.
Check that the system Latitude, Longitude,
Heading, Time, and Date are correct.
Erase the target IntelliTrack tracking data
using the
IntelliTrack Model Clear
target
configuration and restart tracking.
The system stops
tracking, but remains in
Track mode
The system stops moving.
The Track command in the
main window remains
illuminated.
Check the
IntelliTrack State
sensor output
for error messages. If error messages
appear, follow the recommended
troubleshooting procedure for that error.
Stop the Track command and attempt
other antenna movements. Check for
mechanical failures.
