Cleaning the Paper Tray Rollers
If the paper tray rollers are is dirty, paper powder is attached to it, or after 5,000
prints or copies, paper may not be fed properly or paper jam. In this case, clean the
paper tray rollers.
The Cleaning Steps:
1.
Move the paper tray to reveal the rollers.
2.
Slightly wet a soft and lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol (95%).
3.
Wipe the surface of the pickup roller, feeding roller, and the reverse roller until
they are thoroughly cleaned.
