A message appears asking if you are sure you want to import foreign disks.
19. Click OK on any Confirmation dialog boxes that appear. The drives will display the following
information:
Your media drive (Disk 2) will be available with media and databases intact.

The E: volume is labeled “Media” by default, but might appear with another name if it has been
changed.

If you intend to use the Remote Console and Proxy Viewer to view Proxy clips, the E drive should be
shared with at least “Read” privileges.
20. Turn off the Windows Defender:
a. Right-click on the Windows Icon, select
Run
, type in '
gpedit.msc
'.
b. In the Local Group Policy Editor, go to
Computer Configuration
, then open
Administrative Templates
.
c. Find
Windows Components
, and inside go to
Windows Defender
.
d. On the right side panel 'setting' editor, right-click
Turn Off Windows Defender
.
e. In the dialog box, select
Enabled
, click
Apply
, then
OK
.
Installing AirSpeed 5000 Server Software
For an AirSpeed system with a system model 'Thurley' which has been imaged with the Windows 10
Pro OS, the Airspeed version
3.0.13
or later is required. Please download the correct version of the
AirSpeed software and proceed with installation by following the instructions from the
AirSpeed
5000 / AirSpeed | 5500 Setup Guide
version 3.0 on page 79.
