Release 3.0 does not include the Google Mobile Services (GMS) applications,

including Google Play

™

store, by default. You can install Google Play store and Google Play

services on Avaya Vantage

™

3.0 devices as part of a software upgrade. You can control the

installation of Google Play using the GOOGLE_APPS configuration parameter in the

46xxsetting.txt

file. On the Avaya Vantage

™

device, you must accept Google Terms of

Service to complete the download and installation of Google Play and Google Play services.

Backward compatibility

You cannot run Avaya Vantage

™

Release 3.0 firmware on a Release 2.x device. Downgrade to

Release 2.x firmware on a Release 3.0 device is also not supported.

Call control on 3.5mm, USB, and Bluetooth headsets or speakerphones

Avaya Vantage

™

supports call control capabilities on 3.5mm, USB, and Bluetooth headsets or

speakerphone models.
