Use this procedure to log in to Avaya Spaces.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have an account on Spaces.
Procedure
1. Open Avaya Spaces.
2. Tap
Sign In or Create Account
.
You are redirected to the Avaya Spaces webpage.
3. Enter your email address.
Alternatively, if you have an account on Google, Office365, Salesforce, or Avaya, you can
tap the corresponding icon to log in to Avaya Spaces with your account credentials.
4. In the Password field, enter your password.

To enable the application or browser to store your account credentials, select
the
Keep me Signed in
check box.
6. Tap
Sign in
.

, the Avaya Spaces application supports the following call and conference
features:
• Meeting controls, such as mute or unmute audio, block or unblock video, select your audio
device, record a meeting, and end a call.
• Tab view to manage tasks, view the participants, and chat with them.
• Advanced option to send a video or presentation to an external screen using the Avaya
Vantage
™
HDMI port during a Spaces call or meeting.
• Advanced option to send a presentation to your personal computer (PC) and share content
from your computer screen during a Spaces call or meeting. For this, log in to Avaya Spaces
and your computer using the same enterprise account.
