User administration
The set-up call number is displayed in the "User administration" menu. You can also log off
from the telephone, change your PIN or delete it completely.
Logging out user
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the
Settings
menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the
User administration
menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Select call number
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the
Log out user
menu item.
Confirm your selection.
... Enter the current PIN.
Confirm your selection. The message "Log out complete" then appears in the display.
• If you have appropriate authorisation, you can also log out without entering the PIN.
After you select the
Log out user
menu item, the information window with the mes-
sage "Logout complete" appears immediately.
If you opt for "secure communication" logout without PIN cannot be selected.
• You can configure an "ON/OUT" function key for logging out quickly.
If a user is logged in, then the function key is labelled "OUT IP". The user can log out
directly. If you have appropriate authorisation, you can log out without entering the PIN.
If no user is logged in, the function key is labelled "IN IP". Pressing the function key initia-
tes user login.
