INDeX 30

System Shutdown

To shutdown the system :

1. From the

Administration

menu, select

Channel Information

.

2. Select

Shutdown.

3. If any devices are still involved in calls, the system pauses until all actions have

ceased and then displays

Shutdown.

. All devices are now off-line and you can

remove power.

Erasing the Database

This action should only be performed if you require a 'clean' system as all previous

system programming will need to be re-entered or replace by uploading a database.

To erase the backup database :

1. From the

Administration

menu, select

Database Management

.

2. Select

Erase and restart

.
