PSU Test

Use the following procedure to check the cabinet's PSU.

To test the cabinet's PSU :

1. Ensure that the mains supply is switched off.
2. Plug the mains supply into the cabinets mains-in socket (on the left hand edge).
3. Switch-on the mains supply and check that the green LED illuminates

Two Lamps:

Power On (Green)

Running on Batteries (Yellow)

Power Supply Socket

WARNING

With the front cover removed, hazardous voltages exist on the PSU board.

Both the ac supply and the Back-up Battery can generate these voltages.

Install Optional Battery Back-up Kit

The optional Battery Back-up kit is supplied with:
- a battery mounting frame
- two securing screws
- Back-up Battery with a red (including an inline fuse) and black connecting cable
- a securing strap
- an ON/Off switch with plug lead.
Use the following procedure to install and check the optional Battery Back-up Kit.
