To install the chassis feet

1. Ensure that the server is laying on its side, supported to give the server bottom four

to five inches clearance above the work surface.

2. Attach the feet as shown in the preceding diagram.

Use four screws to attach each foot to the chassis. The holes in the feet line up with
only one set of holes in the chassis, as follows:

• front foot: The middle hole is towards the front of the chassis.

• back foot: The middle hole is towards the back of the chassis.

3. Place the server on its feet.
