5.7.5. POSITIONING THE TEMPERATURE PROBE - OPTIONAL
Proceed as follows to position the temperature probe:

Insert the temperature probe in the
previously made hole:
• 30-40 mm above the cooking surface
(Fig. “A”);

Insert the probe so that the bulb fully enters
the cooking chamber and place it parallel
to the cupola, without it touching the side or
the oven surface.

Secure the probe wire outside the oven so
that it cannot be moved accidentally.
