C5-CS Series User Manual Rev. 1.6 

Master/Slave Connection 

This schematic shows the required wiring to operate two C5-CS sensors in a Master/Slave 
mode.  For  this  purpose  the  OUT2  of  the  master  sensor  is  exemplary  connected  to  the 
trigger input IN1 of the slave sensor. The Master/Slave mode can be realized with both 
inputs (IN1/IN2) and outputs (OUT1/OUT2).
