Why is the head height not high enough?
One of the possibilities is that the water inlet of the pump is too close to the inside
of the reservoir (Diagram 1). It is recommended to keep the pump away from the
inside of the reservoir with a distance of at least 2 inches. The other one is that
the pump should stay upright, otherwise less water can go into the pump and
that makes the water pressure decrease.

Is there an alert when the reservoir is empty?
Yes. Quick Security Technology (OST) can predict the situation that the reservoir
is empty because when the reservoir is empty, no water is refilled in the
tank/sump and the refilling time will be over three times longer than the first
refilling time. Consequently, it will trigger an alert.

Can Smart ATO micro still work if the glass is not transparent?
Yes. Since the water level senor of Smart ATO micro is inside of the tank/sump,
the surface will not be a factor that influences the sensing of water level.

How does the redundancy work for the Smart ATO micro?
Quick Security Technology (QST) is a security mechanism designed for preventing
failure situations of Smart ATO micro such as overfilling. The controller will
remember the first refilling time

. When it senses any other refilling time is over
three times longer than the first refilling time, it will stop refilling and give an
audible and visual alert. For example, if the first refilling time is 10 sec, it will alert
when any other refilling time is over 30 sec.
