Put 1 or 2 washers on shaft then.
Attach ratchet casing on the assembly by screwing pulley with Allen Head
Screw as shown in figure.
After this, turn the assembly upside down. Now put the wire rope along
with the hook & other Metal parts in the slot of the Ratchet casing & then
tension the spring by winding the drum in clock-wise direction, as shown
in the above figure. Give one to two turns and check that appropriate
retraction tension has been achieved.
