User Guide

APPENDIX 1 Troubleshooting

Power LED not lit



Check the main power cord is plugged in.



Check power from outlet

Video Multicasting not working well



Check IGMP settings and make certain it is turned on.

SFP+ module not working



Check the type selected is generic



Check the fiber type matches the connecting end. For example, multi-mode must be used on both
ends. Check inner and outer diameter specs.



Check cable for breaks



Make certain fiber does not exceed the distance of the module specification.
